Global header test page

This page pulls its header from a global partial. Make a second page from this same template, edit the header (menu, CTAs) once in the global content editor, and both pages update together. The live header.html is left untouched.

Scroll room

Enough page height to test the fixed header going from transparent to solid on scroll, and the dropdowns/drawer, exactly as on a real page.
